Meet the Founder & Executive Director

A Detroit-based chemist, entrepreneur, and founder of Detroit CHEMpreneurIST. With a background spanning cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, and biotechnology, they created Detroit CHEMpreneurIST to make chemistry more accessible, relevant, and empowering for young people. Through hands-on STEAM and entrepreneurship experiences, Cass leads partnerships, develops curriculum, and helps students build confidence, creativity, and problem-solving skills so they can see themselves as innovators, changemakers, and future leaders in Detroit.
